Products 

The majority of our honey is packed as finely granulated honey or "creamed honey".
This is not achieved by adding cream as the name suggests - instead the creamed honey is 100% pure honey that has been naturally processed to produce a product with a very small crystal size. As most of our honeys crystallize or granulate naturally over time, we "cream" the honey to produce a smooth but firm consistency. One example of this is our Pohutukawa honey, which crystallizes very quickly and once creamed will stay beautifully white and silky in appearance with a smooth texture.

Approximately 80% of all honey eaten by New Zealanders is in this creamed texture.
