The Manuka tree which this honey is produced from is native to New Zealand and grows in remote bush areas. The honey produced from the Manuka tree has a distinctively strong mineral flavor which is a favourite throughout the world.

Selected Manuka honey is given a factor rating by having the honey tested, indicating its Methlglyoxal level. Reference can be as following table:

Manuka honey is best served below 20℃. It can be used as it is by the spoonful, allow the honey slowly melting in your mouth or spread on bread or toast, or it can be added into tea or coffee.
