- HoneyCentre is pleased to announce that we now offer shipping to every country on our shipping list, expanding our reach beyond New Zealand. However, please note that certain countries have specific regulations governing the import of honey and bee products, including restrictions on volume.
- By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed the contents of your order and acknowledge that it complies with the import regulations of the destination country. As the buyer, you accept full responsibility and any associated risks related to customs clearance. In the event that any items in your order are detained by customs for any reason, you understand and agree that HoneyCentre cannot be held liable.
- We’re committed to ensuring a smooth shipping experience for our customers, but it’s important to be aware of and comply with import regulations to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):
- For parcels within New Zealand, we trust New Zealand Couriers for reliable delivery.
- Expect your order to arrive within 1-5 days anywhere in New Zealand.
- Free Shipping on All NewZealand Orders Over $199
International Shipping:
- For international parcels, we partner with DHL Express International for swift and secure delivery.
- Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order and the continent you’re shipping to. You can calculate shipping costs during checkout.
- Please note: Any import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s authorities are your responsibility. We advise checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
- To ensure smooth delivery, provide a valid email address and phone number. DHL may contact you if your package is held at the border. Customs delays may occur, but we work diligently to minimize them.
- By confirming your order payment, you accept responsibility for any duties incurred. We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import regulations beforehand.
- Duties, taxes, and Customs fees, if applicable, will be collected upon delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t provide the exact amount; contact your local government for specifics. Refusal to pay may result in your parcel being returned, with no refund.
